REGISTER ONLINE: Register to vote online at the Secretary of State's website by using the EZ voter registration service and your valid Arizona driver license or nonoperating identification license. Visit: www.azsos.gov.
PAPER REGISTRATION*: Blank voter registration forms, which can be filled out and returned to the Secretary of State's office or your County Recorder's office, are also available and can be obtained:
1.) From the Secretary of State's website (www.azsos.gov) 2.) By calling the Secretary of State's office at 1-877-THE VOTE (1-877-843-8683) 3.) By contacting your County Recorder's office (listed here) or 4.) At other government offices and public locations throughout the state.
* Paper forms must be received by your County Recorder or the Secretary of State's office BEFORE 5 p.m., Oct. 6, 2014.
